Turbo Tuning

In the last decade the idea of manufacturing upgraded turbochargers became very popular. They can be useful, in their own percentenge of participation in upgrading an angine in different stages.

The idea came up when the engine manufacturing sections that produced motors for teams angaged in races, decided to enter the procedure og upgrading.

Several turbochargers manufacturers  gave their knowledge to create specialized items that would meet the demands above.

Later, the destribution of upgrades came to the final consumer and it became a fashion that has drifted a large number of  service shops and individuals globally.

These first upgraded conventional turbochargers,ie journal bearing, theoretically came to be replaced with a new type of turbochargers with ball bearing.

That is inaccurate. As the technology of turbochargers with bearing advances, equally the technology of the conventional turbochargers advances with similar results.  

It should however come to your knowledge, that the upgraded turbochargers that are manufactured by the factories are meant for and sold to specific companies that offer tuning, who have given all the details of the prerequisites for implementation of the engine, in order to built an upgraded turbocharger for use within certain limits.

Therefore, the use of this turbocharger is exclusively connected with the perticular improver. All of the upgraded turbochargers that are sold to the aftermarket via distributots, from there to the aftermarket dealers and last to the final consumer carry NO WARRANTY, simply because none of the customers carries the elements of the specification of the engine. Their duration of life depends exclusively on the converter, who is held fully responsible.

This seems to be the m ost important reason that the chioces that are made by the person concerned must relate to the quality of the upgraded turbocharger, its future maintenance, its price and of course its ability of combined performance with the engine.

Our company, ever since it was founded, ie 1974, is constantly in an ongoing procedure of building upgraded turbochargers for different reasons from period to period, besides the usual maintenance of turbochargers.
